Neighborhoods

More and more communities are working with arts and culture groups to bring about lasting social and economic change. Arts and culture is a magnet for retail districts and restaurants, small businesses and professionals, and new residents seeking lively locations and safe, populated streets.  Northeast Ohio needs only look to neighborhoods like Asia Town, Detroit Shoreway, East Fourth Street, North Shore Collinwood, Tremont or University Circle for local examples of positive impacts.
